WorkforceIQ LLC — Website Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WorkforceIQ LLC (“WorkforceIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information on our public website located at workforce-iq.com, including the /demo page and related forms (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy does not cover any customer product environments or data processed under separate agreements.
1) Scope & Audience
The Site is intended for U.S. business visitors evaluating our solutions. It is not a patient portal and is not designed for or directed to children under 16.
Do not submit patient information or other sensitive medical data to this Site.
2) Information We Collect
- Information you provide: contact and organization details you enter into our demo/lead form (e.g., name, work email, role/title, organization) and any message you include.
- Technical information: basic server information automatically provided by your browser or device (e.g., IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the Site.
- Cookies limited to the demo flow: first-party, short-lived cookies used only to run onboarding/“first-visit” steps and keep your demo session working (see Section 4).
We do not run advertising, analytics, trackers, or embedded third-party widgets on the Site.
3) How We Use Information
- Respond to demo requests and communicate with you.
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site and demo experience.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4) Cookies (Demo Only)
We use a small number of first-party, strictly-necessary cookies to operate the demo for about two hours. Examples include:

If you block or delete these cookies, parts of the demo may not function.
5) How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate the Site and communications, under contracts that restrict their use:
- Hosting & delivery: Firebase Hosting (Google) for serving the Site and storing transient server logs.
- Email: Zoho Mail for receiving form submissions and our replies.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
6) Retention
- Lead emails and related records: retained for up to 24 months from last activity, then deleted or archived.
- Demo cookies: expire in approximately 2 hours.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a marketing website, including TLS in transit and access-controlled email.
8) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
9) Other Sites and Environments
This Policy applies only to the public Site. Any customer data processed in product environments is governed by separate terms (e.g., DPA/BAA) and not by this Policy.
10) California Privacy Notice (CPRA)
This section applies only to California residents. It describes our practices during the past 12 months and your rights under California law.
Categories we collect
- Identifiers (e.g., name, work email).
- Professional/organization info (e.g., role/title, organization).
- Internet/technical data (limited to IP address and user agent necessary to deliver and secure the Site).
- Sensitive Personal Information: Not collected on the Site. Please do not submit patient or other sensitive medical data.

Directly from you (form submissions) and automatically from your browser/device (technical data).
Purposes
To respond to demo requests and communicate with you; to operate, maintain, and secure the Site and demo experience; and to comply with law.
Disclosures for a business purpose
We disclose personal information to the following service providers under contracts that restrict their use:
- Hosting/Delivery: Firebase Hosting (Google).
- Email: Zoho Mail (receiving and sending email).
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Notice and provide required opt-out mechanisms.
Retention
Lead emails/related records are kept up to 24 months from last activity and then deleted or archived. Demo cookies expire in about 2 hours.
Your CPRA rights
- Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (not applicable—we do not collect SPI on the Site).
- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to submit a request
Email info@workforce-iq.com with the subject “California Privacy Request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 45 days (or notify you if we need more time as permitted by law).
Verification & authorized agents
We may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by responding from the same email address you used with us or confirming basic details). If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and also verify your identity directly.
Notice at Collection
At or before the point of collection, we provide a short notice summarizing the categories collected, purposes, and retention, with a link to this Notice.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
